We don't buy or rent data. We don't run advertising pixels or sell your information to third parties.

Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies. We choose providers carefully but we're not responsible for how they handle data on their end.
The Closewright site itself uses only essential cookies required for it to function. Beehiiv and Calendly embeds or links may set their own cookies when you interact with them — those are governed by their respective policies.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you. Email hello@closewright.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any Beehiiv email. Calendly bookings are managed directly through your Calendly confirmation email.
We keep your information only as long as it's needed for the purpose it was collected — or as long as required by law. Subscriber data is deleted when you unsubscribe. Call booking data is retained for a reasonable period after the engagement ends.
Closewright is not intended for people under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, contact us and we'll remove it.
If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll do our best to notify subscribers via email.
